They were quick to respond when our server crashed. Because of some other changes we are making to our systems, there were a few different options available in terms of how to solve the immediate problem. The Team worked with me in a collaborative fashion to identify possible solutions and identify the best solution. When we encountered additional obstacles, they were quickly addressed, and we were operational again within a relatively short time.
